I’m a career coach, strategist, and former higher education professional who is passionate about helping people build meaningful careers with confidence and clarity. As a first-generation college graduate, I understand how transformative access to guidance, opportunity, and strong networks can be. That perspective fuels my commitment to helping others navigate their own career journeys with support and confidence. I’m excited to support LiftHER Career’s mission to empower young talent to build experience, skills, and networks to confidently launch their career.

Originally from Massachusetts, I earned my M.S. in Counselor Education from Mississippi State University before moving to Georgia in 2012. I began my career in higher education, where I spent 14 years in career services, recruitment, leadership development, residence life, and staff supervision. Across those experiences, I had the privilege of coaching students and early-career professionals through pivotal moments of growth—whether discovering their strengths, preparing for their first big interview, and landing internships and jobs.

Since 2023, I’ve worked for startup and mission-driven organizations as a career coach, senior career strategy consultant, and co-founder. What energizes me most is helping others define success on their own terms and create practical strategies to achieve it. I love turning uncertainty into action, one “aha” moment, resume revision, LinkedIn refresh, or interview prep session at a time.

My coaching style is warm, encouraging, and honest, with an emphasis on building trust, confidence, and momentum. I believe career development should feel empowering, not intimidating, and that a healthy dose of humor (including occasional “mom” jokes) can make the process a lot more fun.

Outside of work, I enjoy podcasts, casual jogging, trying all the ice cream flavors, and spending time with my husband, daughter, and our standard poodle, Bowser.
