We select motivated soon-to-be or recent graduates for a career readiness bootcamp. They learn critical professional skills and get introduced to the industry so they are ready to contribute.
After bootcamp, you interview and select grads for a Fellowship lasting up to 6 months.
You pay the Fellow's salary to us - we handle comp, coaching, and support.
Fellows are trained to be successful in remote and in-person environments.
Hire the Fellows as an FTE immediately after program completion for continuity.
No obligation to hire if not the right match.

International students are among some of the most qualified and motivated talent. Our international student grads all qualify for 3 years of STEM OPT, saving you the hassle of sponsorship.
We also provide immigration and compliance support and strategic guidance on how to keep them longer term.
