What is Grad2Hire?

Grad2Hire is a career readiness + post-graduation fellowship program for soon-to-be or recent college grads. 


Complete a 5-week bootcamp to learn critical career management skills, build your network, and explore careers in high demand sectors/professions.


Get referred for a full-time role or placed in a Fellowship (aka internship) to gain meaningful work experience.

Most people have never thought about working in risk management or insurance. However, careers in this area are meaningful, stable, and pay well. We introduce you to the industry, go over career opportunities & paths, and introduce you to professionals eager to share their insights with you.

Build Your Professional Network

Grad2Hire is supported by professionals who are eager to help new grads get their careers started. We invite guest speakers to deliver impactful lessons and talks in a small group setting. This allows you to not only learn from them, but also begin to build your network.

Practice Your Skills and Impress

Our capstone events, the Mock Interview Festival and RiskReady Capstone, provide additional opportunities for you to hone your interview skills and work in teams to propose solutions to real-world risk and insurance scenarios while being mentored by professionals.

Job Referral or Paid Fellowship with Mentorship

Bootcamp participants who complete the program in full are eligible to be referred for full-time roles or interview for a Fellowship with our company hosts. Selected Fellows receive a stipend for the duration of the program and ongoing coaching to help you succeed.

International Student?

If you’re on an F-1 visa and eligible for STEM OPT, we welcome you to participate. We advocate for all our employer partners to hire international students or accept them for the Fellowship. We can also provide support for any required documentation. However, the decision is ultimately up to our partners.

Key Dates

Spring 2026 RMI Career Readiness Bootcamp

  • Applications Open: March 2026
  • Selected Participants Notified: Rolling starting April 6, 2026
  • Career Readiness Bootcamp: June 1, 2026 to July 2, 2026

To be eligible, the applicant must be:

  • A recent graduate or student completing the final semester of Bachelors or higher degree program
  • Interested in exploring careers in Risk Management and Insurance
  • Have completed coursework involving quantitative analysis, any major can qualify
  • Able to commit 6 hours per week for the RMI Career Readiness Bootcamp. All sessions will be virtual and take place in evenings between 7-9pm EST, weekends mornings between 10-12pm EST, and Friday 12-1pm EST. 


Note: completion of bootcamp does not guarantee a Fellowship placement.

This will depend on the role and location of the role. We will share information regarding stipends with you when sharing the opportunity.


Yes, candidates will interview with employer hosts for the Fellowship. The decision to interview or offer the Fellowship to you is completely up to the employer host.


Selected participants invest a $350 Commitment Fee to participate in the Grad2Hire career readiness bootcamp.


Why? When you sign up for Grad2Hire, we make a commitment to help you build critical career management and professional skills while exploring careers and preparing for your next step. Unlike other similar programs that charge thousands of dollars, we don't believe in gouging people when they're already vulnerable.  However, we do want to ensure you are equally committed to getting the most out of the program.


Most of the opportunities, either full-time roles that we refer you for or the Fellowship, will be related to Risk Management and Insurance. However, it is not exclusive. We have referred students for careers in financial services, consulting, tech, HR, and other areas.


Our aim is to help you launch your career! If there are opportunities in other areas that are a fit and we can refer you, we absolutely will!
