grad2hire: from graduation to career, minus the hassle

You've worked hard and did everything you should to earn your degree. There was supposed to be a job waiting for you after graduation, but the job search is not what you thought it would be. You're getting pieces of advice here and there, but still struggling to land that first job. Grad2Hire may be for you.

Grad2Hire is a post-graduation fellowship-to-hire program to help soon-to-be graduates and recent graduates gain meaningful work experience and access a full-time career through a paid, temporary work experience which may convert into a full-time role upon completion.

Here’s how it works:

✔️ Get paid a monthly stipend while you train and gain real-world experience
✔️ Receive career coaching and mentorship before and during your fellowship
✔️ Learn job-specific skills
✔️ Earn a chance at a full-time offer — or walk away with experience that opens doors

Why Participate?

• Direct Pathway to Full-Time Roles: Fellows who complete the program successfully are positioned to transition directly into full-time positions immediately.

• Personalized Career Coaching: Fellows will receive support throughout the program to help you succeed, grow professionally, and navigate the transition into industry.

• Resume Enhancing Experience: Work directly with companies on high-impact      projects that align with your career goals. Even if a full-time offer is not secured, the experience will enhance your resume and help propel your into another career-launching role.

• Support for International Students: For international students on F-1 visas, we’ll help you navigate OPT and employment authorization needs.
