Soon-to-be or recent graduates participate in a 5-week bootcamp

After bootcamp, grads are placed in a paid Fellowship lasting up to 6 months in Risk Management roles (any industry) or roles within the Insurance industry.

Upon completion, you will have gained resume-boosting experience to launch your career AND may be offered a full-time, permanent role!

In just 5 weeks, build a standout resume, practice interview and networking skills, learn how to communicate like a pro, and get ready to thrive in your first full-time role. You’ve earned the degree —now it’s time to prepare for the workplace.
Most people have never thought about working in risk management or insurance. However, careers in this area are meaningful, stable, and pay well. We introduce you to the industry, go over career opportunities & paths, and introduce you to professionals eager to share their insights with you.
Bootcamp participants who complete the program in full are eligible to interview for a paid Fellowship with our company hosts. Selected Fellows receive a stipend to cover living expenses for the duration of the program and ongoing coaching to help you succeed.
Fellows may receive a permanent, full-time role after the program. Even if you don’t, you will have gained critical career management skills, resume-boosting experience, a professional network, and the confidence to launch your career.
If you’re on an F-1 visa and eligible for STEM OPT, we welcome you to participate. We advocate for all our employer partners to accept international students for the Fellowship and provide support for any required documentation. However, the decision is ultimately up to our partners.

This will depend on the role, but we anticipate stipends to be $400 to $500 per week, depending on location and role.
Yes, candidates will interview with employer hosts for the Fellowship. The decision to offer the Fellowship to you is completely up to the employer host.
COMMITMENT FEE WAIVED FOR STUDENTS PARTICIPATING IN 2025 AND 2026 COHORTS
Students pay a $200 Commitment Fee to participate in the Grad2Hire career readiness bootcamp. Upon successful completion of the bootcamp, provided you show up consistently and are engaged, if you are not offered a Fellowship, we will refund your Commitment Fee.

We want to ensure you are equally committed to getting the most out of the program. If it doesn't work out, we train you for free.
