With InternLink, we teach you how to secure an internship or our first job after graduation, match you with opportunities tailored to your goals and send your resume directly to our employer partners. This boosts the chances that a real person sees your application and invites you for an interview. We prepare you for the interview and support you throughout your internship or for the first 90 days of your job to ensure success.

We work with you to prioritize internship fields, job types, and location. Once we've narrowed down types of internships that you're interested in, we work with you to develop or strengthen your career toolkit (resume, LinkedIn profile, elevator pitch, CV templates).

With a strong toolkit in hand, we teach you how to apply to internships while also starting to match you to opportunities with our employer partners. When there is a fit, we will refer you.
Once an interview is confirmed, we help you prepare for your interview to boost your chances of securing an offer.

After a successful interview, the employer may extend an offer to you. You decide whether to accept the offer. Once accepted, you're all set!
World Class Support for Your Internship
Getting an internship is not enough. You need to make the most of it to either secure a full-time offer or develop skills that will help you get a full time role elsewhere. That's why our support doesn't end with your placement.
Throughout your internship, we're there to ensure you get the most out of the experience including:
- an internship success orientation
- check-ins throughout
- enrichment activities like a speaker series, networking events, and more
- post-internship session to ensure the experience is effectively highlighted on your resume
NOTE:
InternLink is a for-fee service with a $250 non-refundable deposit (waived if you are participating in a LiftHER Career program) to get started. Additional payments are due as key milestones are achieved (e.g., interview secured, offer secured, offer accepted, etc).
