Roger Liu

I’m a seasoned technologist with a diverse background spanning consulting, financial services, hospitality, and media. My passion is leveraging technology to create exceptional user experiences and solve complex problems.

I began my career as a consultant with IBM, where I helped pioneer e-commerce platforms and developed monitoring systems for the NYPD. Over the years, I’ve held leadership roles in technology at major organizations like ADP and Wyndham Hotel Group, as well as at startups like TravelClick, and I’m currently leading tech initiatives at SiriusXM. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of leading teams that have developed large-scale technology solutions, driving both operational efficiency and improved user experiences.

As the son of immigrants, I learned early on the value of education, hard work, and resilience. But I’ve also come to realize the importance of networks and connections in building a successful career. Personally, as a father of two girls, I’m deeply committed to seeing everyone get the same opportunities to succeed in the workplace and beyond.

I hold an MBA and a BA from Rutgers University and am excited to continue leveraging my experience to support young women transitioning into the workplace.
