Are the sessions online or in person?

All sessions are online via Zoom.

What if I miss a session?

If you are unable to join a session due to extenuating circumstances, please reach out to us to discuss option for making up the session.

What can I expect from the program?

KNOWLEDGE AND CONFIDENCE! This is often the key difference between someone who is getting internship/job offers and someone who isn't.

You will have an opportunity to learn key strategies for how to get your career started. From gaining clarity on your goals and career options to learning to network to building your personal branding package, we are here to support you. We'll get you started with networking in our CareerCafe with our exclusive network of LiftHERs (mentors) so you can get comfortable and learn to network like a pro.

We know you are busy so this program integrates personalized support via texts and email to ensure you get the right support when you need it.

At the end of the program, not only will you be more confident, you will also have an elevator pitch, resume and/or LinkedIn profile that reflects that confidence.

What if I need more support after the program?

No problem! You can sign up for one of our other intensive programs, additional career coaching sessions, or select a membership to keep using CareerCafe to meet new LiftHERs (mentors).

After the weeks, I will share a plan with you on how to keep up the progress you've already made. You can choose to continue on your own or select an option to continue participating in our program. Either way, you will have built an awesome foundation to manage your career in the short and long term.
